A plant based, vegan mineral formula that’s completely free from parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, SLS, and other chemical nasties, our high factor SPF mineral sunscreen contains around 80% organic ingredients. Sun protection that’s designed for time on the water. The SPF 25 Sun Protection Cream uses zinc oxide as its active filter — a mineral that sits on the surface of the skin and physically blocks UV rather than absorbing it. That means it starts working straight away, without the 20-minute wait required by some chemical SPFs.
It’s water-resistant and holds up well through surfing, swimming and sweating — reapply every two hours, or after 40 minutes in the water. The formula uses natural oils alongside the zinc, which helps condition the skin rather than dry it out the way some sun creams do after repeated use.
Marine-safe: no oxybenzone, no octinoxate. If you’re surfing reef breaks or swimming in coastal waters, those are the two ingredients you want to avoid. This cream contains neither.
A “No Sting” formula — plant oils replace the alcohol-based carriers that cause stinging around eyes. 60g aluminium tin, screw-top, no plastic, carry-on compliant. Made in Mid Wales. Cruelty-free and vegan.

I have always suffered from dry skin, as a climber my hands and feet have probably suffered more than most. A friend recommended this to me, who loves to ski in the Alps, I had to give it a try. I love it! It does a good job holding moisture in, and staying on, even in the super dry climate the protection is great. The Balmy Fox Lip Balm is a great product, and a proverbial breath of fresh air...it doesn't depend on petroleum-based ingredients to get results and gets its natural fragrance from lemon oil and works. My lips after a day in the water can be pretty cracked and sore – this beats it! – what’s more, I love the natural ingredients.

Excellent stuff. This is my second tin, and I'll buy more when it runs out. I usually struggle with most products like this, they usually leave my hands feeling greasy and oily and dirty, but this stuff dries, almost like a thin clay or similar, and they feel moisturised without the dirty feeling. And it smells great! It is highly recommended!
This stuff has helped to prevent blisters in boots that had given me blisters before. As a lake climber and hiker, I’m prone to dodgy feet and hands, blisters, calluses and sores, but using the Balmy Fox Hand and Foot Repair has really helped, it's natural and goes a long way.

Being a sailor and on the water for days at a time, I have really bad dry hands. Super bad. This is the Balmy Fox Hand and Foot Repair is the only lotion that works, it absorbs a lot fast, but leaves a protective thin film. I can also put it on my face to help moisturise, I’ll always have this product on board.
