“net order value” is the total value of the order after deduction of any discounts, deals or special offers but before the deduction of any vouchers issued by Balmy Fox. The net order value is used to calculate carriage and delivery charges.

All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Balmy Fox.
Balmy Fox guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.
All discount codes are strictly one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined with other coded offers or sale/reduced items. Balmy Fox reserve the right to cancel any special offer without notice.
Gift vouchers are excluded from all discount codes and promotion.
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card as well as PayPal.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Balmy Fox shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.
In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery.
Orders sent by Courier need to be signed-for on delivery unless you give us special instructions to leave the goods without them being signed for. Where such a request is made, Balmy Fox cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery.

Claims for damage, packing errors or non-delivery of goods must be received by Balmy Fox within 14 days of placing your order.
Orders to overseas locations are subject to delivery charges as set out here.
Please note that because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £40 will now be sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.
Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering – after the delivery country has been specified.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers buying online have the right to cancel an order for any reason. You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to tell us you are cancelling, and a further 14 days from telling us to send them back.
You do not need to give a reason. To cancel, email info@balmyfox.co.uk or write to Balmy Fox, Returns Department, Unit 1, Tyn-Y-Clyn, Llanafan Fawr, Builth Wells, Powys, LD2 3LU, United Kingdom. A clear statement that you are cancelling is enough.
Please return the goods to the address above. You are responsible for the cost of returning them, and until they reach us they remain your responsibility, so we strongly recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of posting.
We will refund the price you paid for the goods together with the standard delivery charge from your original order, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or, if earlier, within 14 days of you giving us proof that you have sent them. If you chose a faster delivery option than our standard service, we refund the standard rate. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
You are welcome to open a product and examine it as you would in a shop. If goods are handled more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and their value is reduced as a result, we may deduct an amount reflecting that reduction from your refund.
Please note that the Regulations provide an exception for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. Where a product is supplied sealed and that seal has been broken, the right to cancel may not apply.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods under this policy, and we do not refund carriage charges on discretionary returns.
This returns policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. It does not affect your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 set out above, under which we do refund the standard outbound delivery charge, nor your rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
