A long surf session, a full day on the water, a hard paddle against the tide — your muscles know about it afterwards. The Muscle Rub uses arnica and eucalyptus in a warming balm base to help ease post-activity stiffness and support recovery.
Arnica has long been used for sports recovery — applied topically, it helps with the bruised, aching feeling that follows intense physical effort. Eucalyptus adds a warming, clearing quality that you feel working as you apply it. Together, they make a recovery rub that does what it says without any artificial heat agents or synthetic fragrance.
Rub into the shoulders, forearms, lower back or legs after your session. It’s also useful before cold-water sessions as a warming preparation for the muscles you’re about to put to work.

When using this product:
Use only as directed
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
Do not apply to wounds, damaged or irritated skin
Do not bandage or cover with wrap or use a heating pad
Do not use 1 hour before bathing or 30 minutes after bathing
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
– Condition worsens
– Severe skin irritation occurs
– Pain persists for more than seven days
– Pain clears up and then recurs a few days later
If pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have sensitive skin, ask a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

The Balmy Fox Lip Balm is a great product, and a proverbial breath of fresh air...it doesn't depend on petroleum-based ingredients to get results and gets its natural fragrance from lemon oil and works. My lips after a day in the water can be pretty cracked and sore – this beats it! – what’s more, I love the natural ingredients.

Excellent stuff. This is my second tin, and I'll buy more when it runs out. I usually struggle with most products like this, they usually leave my hands feeling greasy and oily and dirty, but this stuff dries, almost like a thin clay or similar, and they feel moisturised without the dirty feeling. And it smells great! It is highly recommended!
I received a tin of Balmy Fox Hand and Foot Repair just before the London Marathon. I decided to use it on my feet for the two weeks training before and for the marathon day. I can tell you I did not have ONE blister or skin rub, It's all natural, and I highly recommend it!!
Being a sailor and on the water for days at a time, I have really bad dry hands. Super bad.
