Gently rub our Solid Balm Bar over the surface of your skin, focusing on areas of dryness. As you rub the cream into your skin, try applying a little pressure to warm the tissues beneath the skin surface and increase circulation.
Topical use: Apply to desired areas before outdoor activity. Reapply every few hours as needed.

I received a tin of Balmy Fox Hand and Foot Repair just before the London Marathon. I decided to use it on my feet for the two weeks training before and for the marathon day. I can tell you I did not have ONE blister or skin rub, It's all natural, and I highly recommend it!!

Excellent stuff. This is my second tin, and I'll buy more when it runs out. I usually struggle with most products like this, they usually leave my hands feeling greasy and oily and dirty, but this stuff dries, almost like a thin clay or similar, and they feel moisturised without the dirty feeling. And it smells great! It is highly recommended!
